Older Adults & Persons with Disabilities Transportation
The O&D Program is specifically designed to meet the special transportation needs of older adults and persons with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Partner agencies authorize transportation to various destinations, including non-emergency medical appointments, socialization, shopping and more. Area human service agencies participating in this program are: The Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging, The Central Vermont Council on Aging, Riverside Life Enrichment Center, Lamoille Day Health Services, Northeast Kingdom Community Action, and Northeast Kingdom Human Services.
