RCT Launches New Website!

Rural Community Transportation (RCT), the NEK’s local fare-free transportation provider, is excited to announce the design of a new website, www.RideRCT.org. The upgraded website has redesigned maps, better access to schedules, news, program information, career opportunities and more. The website is organized in a way that makes finding information easy, while being enjoyable to look at. The new website is filled with professional photos of staff, passengers and vehicles doing their best work. An accessible, functioning website is key to successful communication and RCT is proud to share this modern tool with the community. RCT is making many updates to the organization that increase consumers’ ability to access services. RCT has also recently implemented a “Text Alert” system, which sends text updates any time a route is changed or delayed or there is any other immediate news. Anyone can sign up for the text alert system by visiting the new website.

The new website also offers a convenient place to make a secure donation. RCT is about community. It is the mission of RCT to provide public transportation services for everyone that is safe, reliable, accessible, and affordable to enhance the economic, social, and environmental health of the communities we serve. Alongside the mission, RCT’s vision is to establish a solid foundation for the regional development of a safe efficient public transportation system.
